Workplace Delegate Rights Fact Sheet

Workplace delegates are individuals appointed or elected by an employee organisation to represent union members in a specific enterprise. Effective from 15 December 2023, the Fair Work Act was amended to provide these delegates with enhanced protections and wide-ranging rights to represent the industrial interests of both current and potential union members.
