What is the SBSCH?
The SBSCH is a free online service provided by the ATO for small businesses under 19 employees or a turnover of less than $10 million. Until 30 June 2026, the SBSCH allows small business users to pay superannuation guarantee (SG) contributions for all employees via a single electronic payment, after which SBSCH distributes the amounts to each employee’s nominated super fund.

Closure and Payday Superannuation
From 1 July 2026, SBSCH will no longer operate, and since 1 October 2025, new employers cannot register for the SBSCH. Only existing users will retain access until the service is discontinued on 30 June 2026.
