Recent Changes to Model Terms in Enterprise Agreements

These changes were mandated by the Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Act 2024 and are designed to standardise and strengthen provisions around flexibility, consultation, and dispute resolution in enterprise agreements across Australia. These changes only apply if your small business has an existing enterprise agreement, is seeking to renew an agreement or is considering negotiating one.
